3 Warranties
- Limited Product Warranty. Primal Fitness Inc. warrants to purchaser that the Sciatic Stretcher shall be free from material defects in workmanship and material for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery to purchaser.

- Purchaser Warranties. Purchaser authorizes that its entry into this purchase order agreement is legal and does not breach any other purchase order agreement to which it is established Primal Fitness Inc. All applicable laws, general and local industry and medical standards and good commercial practices, are to be hereby followed in accordance to law.
- Void Warranties. Purchaser will make no representations or warranties with respect to the purchase order other than those specifically permitted in writing and/or stated by Primal Fitness Inc. Any other representation or warranty made by purchaser to its buying party or customers or patients with respect to the purchase order will not oblige Primal Fitness Inc. in any way, and Primal Fitness Inc. will not be liable for misbranding or misrepresentation with respect to any purchase order labelling or packaging insert text supplied or used by purchaser. Any and all translation thereof or any alteration or failure to meet the purchase order specifications because of handling or packaging of the purchase order by purchaser or its clientele or sub-buyers. Purchaser will not modify, replace, or fix any components to any purchase order unless expressly authorized by Primal Fitness Inc. Purchaser will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Primal Fitness Inc, its directors, members, officers, agents, and affiliates against any liability, loss, costs, or damages arising out of or related to purchaser’s warranties or representations of the purchase order other than those warranties expressly authorized in writing by Primal Fitness Inc.
